Dualit Combi 2+1 Toaster in Silver (2 Toast/1 Sandwitch)

Utilized this toaster for less than a year and it stopped working properly. If you didn't want your toast literally burnt, then you'd have to stand on top of it regardless of setting or you toast would burn up. A fire hazard if you had kids. DO NOT BUY!

Bought another Daulit for our new home after having had one for YEARS. My old one still makes a perfectly toasted toast.

The perfect toaster. It does take a while to get use to how fast it toasts a slice of bread, but I got the hang of it pretty quick. I like that the toast says down in the slot when done, so it stays warm.I like being able to check on the browning without starting the cycle over.It is large and does take up my counter space, however I don't care it is like an art piece in my kitchen.

This is my third Dualit toaster. The last one lasted eight years. It's a quirky machine. Over priced and unimproved it puts a measure of adventure in turning bread into toast. The timer is only a rough gauge of how easily your breakfast can go from golden brown to charcoal.

As Always an Excellent Product, I Have one in my office purchased in 1983 and its still going strong!

Great toaster!

This incredible toaster puts you in total control allowing you to toast 1, 2, or 3 slices at a time. You then select the time with 2.5 minutes being ideal for most breads. I like this because I only want one slice in the morning. I just use the cage and toggle the one line selection. The toaster heats only then one caged slice and not the other two. So I do not waste electricity on a second slice compartment I don't use. This is the case with most toasters.The push down toast ejector on the two slice section makes it very easy for me retrieve even thin slices quickly and effortlessly. I use to have to fish thin slices out in my old toaster.I also like the fact that I can keep the toaster and replace parts as needed. You can purchase the heating elements, switches, etc. separately. I dislike items that are planned for obsolescence. Throwing away a whole toaster because the switch or heating element is broken is terribly wasteful.I will keep this toaster for a life time.

This isn't the toaster I wanted, it's the toaster I needed. With three slots, I finally don't have to fool around with 2 or 4 slot toasters to get exactly the amount of toasted bread done in one go. Want to eat one and a half bagels? Done. Want a toasty sandwich with a side of toast? Done. Heck, this toaster even lets you make a third slice of toast so that if your sandwiches get too large you can finally reinforce them with a toasty center.Yes, there's nothing quite like having just enough toaster slots to toast the exact right amount of toast you need.

These toasters are rubbish. I love them though, who cares about uneven toasting, they look amazing and last for ever. Had my first one, a 2 slice for 10 years and it's still working (toasting unevenly, just like it did from day one........that's consistency for you :)

This is a great toaster lovely golden brown toast every time. Had at a competitive price too!! If you are thinking of a new toaster spend the extra money and buy a Dualit you won't be disappointed!!

I bumped in to this product on Amazon by accident but felt compelled to say that I've had mine for donkey's years and the only reason that I'd never have another one is because I probably won't ever need another one. Superbly engineered and as near to the perfect toaster as you will find.
