These may come from a pet company, but they are sold at the military bx/px and are the best ever. During the day they work on the pain real well, at bed time, I'm out in 10 min.

Great value and it works better than Advil and Tylenol for me.

Fine bang for the buck, but these are shaped like coins, which makes them go down hard in a sore throat.
