Set of 3 Village Putz Style Houses with Flicker Light Hole - Vintage Village, 3 Roofs, House

I just recently began making my own Putz Houses, and I ordered these to use as Christmas ornaments when I sold all of my own and ran out of time to make more.I love the detail in these houses! They’re each very individual and unique, and I had a great time painting and decorating them. Pay attention to the size, as they’re quite small. I posted photos of two of the houses that I decorated: the small blue one on the bottom in the first photo and the small ivory one with the lavender roof in the second photo. My one complaint, and I probably would’ve only knocked a half star off had it been an option, is that the windows were very difficult to put inside, even with tweezers, especially if you’re also applying vellum or parchment to them. I would love it if the houses came unassembled, so that you could paint each part and apply the windows and then glue them together. It would be great to see this as an option for purchase! These make great little ornaments, though, and they can also be a fun project for children and adults to complete together! I will absolutely purchase more of these to put on my tree for next year.

These little houses are so great!! I have had a lot of joy painting, showing and adding glitter with bottle brush trees, benches, deer, all kinds of adornments! Just like when I was a little girl seeing my dad's train set table at Christmas with little buildings , trees etc. These houses, can't get enough!! I made some for Halloween houses with black, orange, purple and green glitter... Painted bottle brush trees orange and glittered little strafoam balls in a being orange for pumpkins with stems!! Love this company and their product! A little fix from shipping is no big issue!! I will continue to order and create!! Thank you!!!!

The houses were assembled very sloppily. It was necessary to take several of them apart and reglue them. I had planned on decorating them and giving them away as gifts but they are for the most part too rough. I usually order these off Etsy but thought I would try these since they were the old style of Putz houses. I will update this review with pictures.

These are nice, sturdy houses that are ready to use out of the box. I have no time or patience to cut out my own and was pleased to find these houses.I would prefer a cuter style and more choices, but will likely purchase these again.

These little houses were cute, however more care assembling and gluing would be appreciated. Maybe, if they came flat and the customer did the gluing, they would not need so much adjusting.

These are just as advertised and I am looking forward to decorating them with the grandkids to add to my Christmas train layout.
