What a great addition to my Samsung SmartThings Eco-system at a mere give away price od 39AED.I wonder 🤔why I bought the Button at close yo 160AED yet the SmartTag is practically more functional.

Initial setup was a breeze and worked like a charm. we used it to locate our luggages upon arriving at airport. unfortunately, only one worked properly and alerted us of its location. the 2nd tag didn't work. have tried resetting it multiple times, then our 2nd tag stopped working. we searched online on how to troubleshoot this, but as for now no straightforward solution was present. then after leaving both without battery for about a week then returning back the battery and resetting it again, it worked againsame scenario happened to many users of samsung tag. maybe because of software.
