Easy installation, product just works
The installation for this was super easy, the only difficulties came from getting the car itself ready. This device itself is plug-and-play and sounds good.

made a loud rumble noise.
I replaced it with a different brand, which worked well. Frustrating that this brand did not work.

Great for Corolla
Very easy to install, drilled a hole in the plastic and made a nice oem aux plug in. Works great. Definitely follow the videos about the ground issues

Easy install
You may need to change the location of the ground wire! It's not that complicated. Other than changing the location of one of the pins, this product is AWESOME. I recieved it in the mail the same day I was leaving for a roadtrip and was worried I would be opening a can of worms trying to install it the same day that I was leaving but I did the installation without taking apart anything on my car! (2002 echo) took 10 min to figure out. Honestly it was one of the shortest parts of getting ready for the roadtrip and had the best impact on it. I do hear some feedback when I'm charging my phone while listening to music but once I unplug the charger it goes away. Pretty standard but kind of annoying.

sounds fantastic after fixing a wiring mistake in the unit, sounded awful initially
out of the box the sound was fantastic, except that whenever the car was on, there was horrible interference. I could hear everything from the alternator to the fuel pump and AC blower fan, which to me indicated some sort of problem with grounding as the problem only occured when a device was connected, but it could be any device.to reduce noise the toyota audio system uses balanced audio , but 3.5mm jacks are not balanced. to prevent noise the device would need to have a seperate analog ground.as it seems it did. upon taking it apart, the ground from the 3.5mm jack was simply connected to the wrong point, to the main ground, not the analog ground. the ground should be connected closest on the connector inside to the other two wires. I just unplugged the JST XH connector, removed the ground pin with a screwdriver, and put it in the third pin in that connector, according to the labels on the back of the PCB. with that modification, it sounds just as it should without any interference.to be clear it may be a fluke that mine had this incorrect and everybody has theirs correct, but if somebody has this problem I hope this helps.

Does NOT work with Gen1 (2001-2003) Prius
I though I could remove the CD Player in my 2002 Prius and use this for an Aux input since the cable looks the same. unfortunately it did not work. (I know it is not listed on the compatibility chart but I was hopeful). HOWEVER, the more expensive GROM TOYOA1 works great so if you have a Gen1 Prius and need an AUX input get the GROM unit.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PBCY5WQ/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_Y94ZCbV7DV5BQDo not try and pull the "T shaped" center dash cluster away from the dash, it will break. Remove the glovebox and access the back of the radio from the glovebox opening. If you had a Toyota CD player it will no longer work, since the Radio has to be set for CD input for GROM Aux input to work, but who uses CD's these days?

Wiring still messed up, PLEASE READ
Product works great on my Toyota Camry 2004 once the wiring is fixed like the other comments mention.WHAT THE OTHER COMMENTS DO NOT MENTION: It's not just the ground wiring that's wrong. The red and white wire need to be switched if you want correct left and right audio. I only realized after installation and testing with left right audio test vids on youtube and I'm too lazy to take it all apart again and switch the wires.

Fits Lexus is300
Functions and fits perfectly on my 2002 is300. This is probably the most cost effective and easiest solution if you want to replace CD player to Aux. I searched a ton of videos and ways to make it work in the is300 and this is by far the easiest and most cost effective.
