I personally found more useful advices in the book Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus.This book is useful too, but very repetitive and I had to do further research on the Internet about how hormones affect my life.

A good bible for all couples.The original version Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus. Worth reading first but not essential.I strongly believe that John Gray' books could help both man and woman to understand each other.An excellent couple saver.
