Good coils for 2010 vw golf 2.5
Purchased these coils for my 2010 vw golf 2.5 .Direct fit, worked well. Easy install, just unplug the old ones and plug the new ones in.The pain of the operation was taking engine cover off. Unsealed packaging
Package came unsealed. Just an open parts box like you'd get at the parts store. Parts could have easily fallen out. Can't really review the product as it didn't fix my problem.

Top quality coils
I had a misfire in cylinder 5, so I figured I replace the plugs. Since you have to remove the coils to get the plugs out, seemed to me that replacing the coils was a no brainer. These are a direct fit replacement, and seem to be of high quality. Not sure if the misfire was caused by the old plugs, or a defective coil, but either way, engine runs perfectly now.

Fit perfectly
Fit perfect $70 versus $25 a piece at auto parts .. my vw Jetta 2.5 2008 was shaking and after replacing this .. feels way better no more shaking .. overall a great product for the price .

Failed after 11 months!
Installed them in my 2009 Rabbit 2.5L in November 2017 at 80k miles. It ran much better and things were fine, until... Today, 10/28/18 and 95K miles, the car started sputtering on the way to work. I took it to my mechanic and told him I didn't think it could be the coils as I had replaced them last year. I was WRONG, more that one of them were failing, so now I have to order genuine Bosch coils at nearly $30 each (x 5 cylinders). But at least now I don't have to worry about being stuck on the side of the road...
