I brought this to replace my spigen ring grip for my dashboard in my car. It definitely fits my spigen which was a plus. However, the adhesive wa not strong for my dashboard. I made sure to clean the area first, let it dry, and let the replacement ring hook sit for a few days before trying to hook my phone.I contacted customer service and they were responsive and nice when I asked for a refund. I had to go through Amazon to get the refund and Amazon was going to charge me shipping costs that was even more than the actual product. Definitely was not worth my efforts to get a refund.

Love it, adheres great, ring is very wide even my husband's pudgey fingers didn't get stuck and the fact that it can rest on it so you can watch a video without holding it is great. The little hanger piece will fool you by its size but the ring fits in it and it hangs in it with no problem if it falling.

Don't buy these. They may be inexpensive but they're also useless.The first mount lost it's grip on a clean, flat vertical surface within two weeks. For the second and third mounts, it was impossible to peel away the paper that exposes the sticky surface--it had fused into one piece and the whole backing came off instead.
