Not using fingerprint I wear gloves at work so code for me, use the case to lessen the damage the Armor6 took a little over a year+ before the screen cracked then this was ordered a week after the color wentCheck back in a year4/22/2023 the cable finally severed from the screen, so a tiny flap of cable from out the metal. Should have given a review when the screen 1st came out the chassis WITH THE CASE ON! I have an ipod touch 4th gen silver back 30 pin cable before they started colors, would use at work but no battery unless plugged in Griffin's SURVIVOR CASE kept it new! Red Plastic shell back had camera corner and front had circles for cam and home a plastic sheet from above cam to below screen stopped above home, snap those over pod then all rubber outside covered over top and bottom cutout for cameras and home button best $50 spent! learn from your competitors cuz my kid hated hers still has hers without it somehow it cut off certain games so that is there issue you can look them up.

The media could not be loaded.  The night vision stoped working after 1 month,and after 16 months i let it fall by first time and it rapidly broke.I wrote them an email when the night vision stopped working but they asked me for more tests, I finally got busy and couldn't make a video, when the night vision is activated the infrared doesn't turn off, the phone overheats and discharges very quickly.Now i realize that the night vision is even not accessible.

The Battery life is great, it would last about 2.5 days of normal use, not heavy use. The screen is very smooth and colorful. I absolutely love the camera and functionality of the phone, and the night vision is awesome! The speed of the phone is one of the best I have seen, even compared to the newest of phones. The screen feels smooth and the ruggedness of the phone is great. ONLY ISSUE: took pictures of my children in the ocean during our snorkeling adventure, never went below 2 feet of water, and the screen slowly crashed after about 3 days time. The company was very quick to offer support on things to try to resolve the issue. Have had the best customer service experience ever, Rosabel has been great and quickly responds.

As a UPS driver, my phones get abused all day long. I've had this for 9 months and it still works great. All that I've used before have been Samsung phones and I feel this is just a tick below in quality. No major probs but every once in a while the phone will freeze which means I need to reboot. Best feature is the durability and long battery life. I was looking specifically for a phone compatible with T-Mobile 5g and ran across this one. Would purchase again.

First off, this phone weighs a LOT. It's HEAVY. That's the first thing you will notice when you pick it up. Can't imagine why it has to be so heavy. It does appear to be very durable, but the added weight and slick case means you will drop it a LOT.Battery life is not at all what it could be. Even with minimal use I found it did not get through a whole day without needing to be topped up. It does have wireless charging capability, but be very careful how you set it on the pad. If not precisely placed the phone will seem to charge for a minute but then go into some kind of error state as soon as you turn your back. Woke up countless times expecting my phone to be fully charged to start my day, only to find it with the battery drained.More importantly the "operating system" that this phone uses was obviously written by someone for whom English was a second or third language. The messages it gives when shutting down apps are unintentionally hilarious. (i.e. "Your mobile phone has the best condition." or "You have effected the release of memory.")One major problem that I could never seem to overcome was that it would not give me a notification when I had a new text unless my text messenger app was actually open when the text came in. Incredibly frustrating to miss so many messages. No change of setting or preferences, or any app permission seemed to help this. Just ridiculous.Giving it two stars because the night vision camera is OK and the phone really does seem indestructible. All in all, I only used it for a few months before I just paid the money to get a decent phone from a quality vendor. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely not buy this phone.

Love it. Had original tough phone (Kyocera Torque) years ago and have been waiting for more to hit the market. Exceeds expectations. If you are an old Sprint Customer prior to their merge with Tmobile, you will have to go to Tmobile store and have them update you to Tmobile system prior to it being accepted into their system (They are still using 2 systems...old Sprint and new Tmobile) and old system will not take IMEI. Has to be fixed by Tmobile store...not a fault of this manufacturer.

I was really looking forward to this phone because I need something rugged. It feels and looks solid, however it really isn't worth trading normal functions for. Bluetooth and wifi are spotty. All my other devices work great with my wifi except this phone, cuts in and out or is just slow. Same thing with bluetooth. Some Bluetooth connection works 60% of the time. Never ever had issues with my other phones. It's pretty basic now, since so may accessories are Bluetooth, having to fiddle with something for a minute every time you want something to sync or connect is really a pain. Also apps just don't run the same. Certain apps that should be running in the background, don't. I've changed all the settings and made sure the duraspeed was on for those apps, still doesn't work. Battery life isn't as great as advertised. Maybe the capacity starts off high, but now it does as fast as my old phone. Also the camera is doesn't always take a photo even when you see the shutter on the screen. Super annoying to go to your gallery and not have the photos that you thought you took.

llego sellado y con todo lo que dice. cumplió mis espectativas y el cel le encanta a mi hijo. lo único que no me gusto el qué pusieran como entregado el producto mucho antes de siquiera llegar al país, sentí que seria otro estilo "aliexpress", que lo dejan así y te cobran el producto y nunca llega, pero cumplió con el producto.

No me gustó porque no se actualiza uno hay forma de hacerlo.
