Sanding toothbrush
That's what it is and it works great. The only issue is maybe the sanding pads don't hold out that great but they probably hope you buy more. Not to worry, it comes with quite a few.

Works well, espeically with automotive sponge sand paper
Excellent polisher/sander. I was using a modified electric toothbrush before this and this product has a lot more power to it. I like to use automotive sponge sandpaper with it to better accommodate curves on the piece I'm working on.

very good to use but polishing pads are a bit expensive

今まで手作業だった箇所を楽に削る事が出来る。細かいところはやりづらいけど、おおまかに削る分には十分な時短と労力が省けてとても良い。
