Be careful, this sauce will creep up on you. Because of how delicious it is (natural smoky flavor, high quality salt and vinegar, locally grown habaneros), you will be tempted to use too much of this sauce. I made hot wings with this sauce, about half and half with a butter buffalo sauce, and I ate them so fast I got a tummy ache

The flavor of the food you put it on can still come through, since this sauce isn't overwhelmingly spicy or smokey. It does add an excellent little kick and piquant flavor though.If you want something with more pep, there's also a Smokin' Maria version.

This smoked version is excellent. Read up on the history of this brand. It is well worth the money to support this business.

WOW! I absolutely love the flavor. I have made a ton of my own home fermented habanero sauce, and its good, but the smoke flavor from this knocks everything else out of the water. Its such a good blend of flavors. I am strongly considering carrying a bottle of this with me everywhere. great heat. I've built my tolerance up pretty well that a raw jalapeno is like a bell pepper, but this stuff has a nice tolerable kick but amazing flavor and that's what I was looking for. of note, at least from the Marie Sharp website you can buy a whole gallon of this stuff!

If you love heat and the flavor of smoke, you will absolutely love this sauce. Very smoky! But the habanero flavor still comes thru. One of the best smoked pepper sauces made anywhere today. If you smoke your wings on the grill, this makes an amazing “Buffalo” sauce for them. Give it a try!

This is in my top 3. Very good. Would and have purchased again.

I thought I was buying Smokin' maries which I like better. This stuff is good but not hot enough.
