SAMSUNG Galaxy A32 - Smartphone 128GB, 4GB RAM, Dual Sim, Black

Great phone, love it , great camera though the finger recognition feature is a bit haphazard or else my finger print isn't clear enough. Dirty/greasy fingers ?? Have now bought the latest model for my wife as a Xmas present.

This is a fraud. Wrong description, 64GB instead 128. The refund taking 3 weeks to wait. Never ever again. Never phone from amazon.

Bought this phone as the battery in my s10e was not charging well anymore. Very happy with my purchase. Does all I want it to do and probably more but I'm very basic. Calls, texts, emails, camera, apps I want and music. More than enough storage space for me without using SD card. Nice size screen. I got the lilac colour which is very pretty. Good sound quality both with phone calls and music. I've had this phone about 6 weeks now and have no complaints. I like Samsung phones. They seem to be good quality and reliable. Oh and battery life is good. I don't always charge it on a daily basis and it lasts well.

Excellent phone, used all day everyday for calls, monitoring shares, music, watching films etc. Battery still holding up well. Smoother and clearer screen than I need, camera takes impressive shots! Waterproof feature certainly a plus when living in the UK, means rain when walking or on the motorbike doesn't have to be a worry. Haven't tried full submersion yet but...only a matter of time I'm sure. Can't be beaten for the price!

I've had this phone a few weeks now, setting it up is a nightmare and the Samsung website is no use. The Quick Start Guide isn't worth the paper its written on. I'm not a smart phone fan or an IT techie, all I wanted to find on the website was a User Manual - nothing found! Nothing at all in the Quick Start Guide. I was floudering, until, quite by chance, I came across User Manual in the Settings. From then on I started to get somewhere and with help from my daughter on which page to swipe up and which to swipe sideways etc, I now have a phone I can use. Now I can use it I think it is quite good, clear, bright graphics and I prefer it to my old i-phone. I don't think this model is as clever as an i-phone but for me that's a positive.

The warranty with this phone is only valid in Malaysia! It should be made clear that there is no warranty. I checked carefully to see if it was a refurbished item, but did not think to check warranty. It seems a good enough phone, just have to hope it keeps working.
