I'm updating my rating to 5 stars, after the customer service team contacted me and offered a new replacement watch AND a full refund. I think that's how much a small business could do, since they are not the designer or manufacturer of the product. In that sense, they deserve a five star.Previous review:The watch and the app provide rich and useful features. However, after using it for one month, one night I noticed the watch didn't take in any charge (but still functioning) although after a few hours of charging, so I made sure all the contact was fine and left it charging for the night. The next morning, the watch actually completely went out of charge. Again I tried different chargers that are all working perfectly with my other USB-powered devices, with no luck. I wrote to the seller and asked politely for a solution. They now ask me to provide valid evidence that the product is not working. In order for the evidence to be valid, my understanding is that I need to make videos showing I can charge my other device successfully (showing the charge level increase) with this charger, while leaving the watch in the charger for a few hours will not bring back the screen. I think it is quite a burden.

I brought this watch for my 12 year old daughter. I had been looking for an inexpensive watch to track her steps and sleep habits. The install and sync with the app was simple. I fully charged the unit before use. My daughter has been wearing the watch for a 5 days, now. I am austonded that it’s still half battery life off the first charge. The battery life is wonderful! No extra charging cord/device need be purchased, Sweet! It plugs directly into a usb outlet. My daughter finds the watch chicky and stylish. The H Band app syncs to your phone. I wish you could rename the device but that’s not the end of the world. I’m also able to track her menstrale cycle via the app.Overall, a good buy. I will buy one for my nephew.Oh yes, the bonus straps were a plus!

We have loved this watch. My daughter needs multiple alarms throughout the day and this worked perfect. Easy to connect and set up. 4 stars because the charging process is slightly frustrating. You have to remove the band to charge and 10 months later the charging port snapped. It was bound to happen with taking it off all the time. For $20 I guess we got what we paid for.

My kid likes it a lot. She won't wear it to sleep so I'm unable to make an honest review there. It's pretty durable, fits her wrist well. The charger ends curve is a little worrisome for a kid to use. I keep expect a snap to occur. I know she's happy with it. The app looks like a work in progress without the added UI Flare. It tracks and acts just like my fitbit alto but the charge port and app are different. Still worth it for a kids starter watch.

Used it for evaluation of sleep. The results were too gross for evaluation.

I cannot recommend this product. It took exactly 22 days of normal use for this to break, directly at the charging tab that connects to the main watch body and slots into one of the watch bands. Needing to remove the watch band every few days to charge puts a significant stress on the USB compatible plug. Regular wear and tear should not cause a catastrophic failure in the item in a few short weeks, and having the only method of charging the device snap off inside the band is certainly a catastrophic failure since it's no longer usable. Honestly, a huge waste of money.

Great watch for the kids!!! Super stylish and cute. Love that you can change the wrist band cuz it comes with an extra one. The only thing I would try to make better is the way it charges. It kinda hard to get one side of the band to be able to charge it. In the other hand the charges last a while so you don’t have to do it everyday!!!! The kids love it and they can track their steps, their hearts and they can use it as normal watch

I was sceptical about buying one of these for my son because hes so hard on everything but he loves it very durable very comfortable great product for the price
