These fit perfectly, stand up to very harsh conditions, and are super comfortable. Highly recommend.

I think the Garmin Instinct Solar watch, 1st gen, is 45 mm. This should be the same as the 2nd gen Instinct Solar 45 mm face watch, but I do not know for sure. The loops it comes with slide around everywhere. So, prepare to use your original Garmin Instinct band loops or purchase alternative loops that come with the numbs. If you do purchase alternative loops with nubs, make sure the loop size isn't too wide otherwise it will still slide around everywhere while you wear the watch. The bands are comfortable and look good. Fairly easy to remove to mix and match whenever you feel like trying different colors. The quality of the band is almost on par with the original band, but you can still tell the original band is of higher quality. For the price, I'd recommend them because the OEM bands from Garmin are expensive.

Overall anesthetics are great and I like being able to mix up colors of my instinct. Switching them out is a bit annoying, the little pins won't stay locked for me. Once I finally get it though, good to go until the next time I decide to switch colors.

Fits well. A little rigid compared to the original but the colors are nice.

Bands arrived quickly and fit my Garmin Instinct perfectly.

I Love the idea of changing colors of the watch bands and they look and feel close to the originals but they don’t fit in the lugs right for an easy transfer. Either the pins need to be a tad shorter or the band needs trimmed. This may just be my batch. I kept them and will modify them as needed. I did notice the original pins from Garmin worked better than the ones shipped with the bands.

SUPER easy to replace the band. They give you everything you need for it. I might actually buy a backup just incase this band goes too, but it seems more durable than the band that came with the watch.Scratch that. The band itself was always durable, but the rings that secure the band in place broke on the last one.Still, these seem more sturdy.
