Great for bladder incontinence!
I’ve tried a lot of different adult diapers for my overactive bladder problems and I must say the Sunkiss brand is one of my favorites. Originally I bought the S/M sizes but opened them up to see they were all mediums. The mediums fit me okay, they were a bit big, loud, and baggy. That being said, they still worked fine. No leaks, no odor, they held up well too. The velcro on these things are no joke. Anyway, I recently decided to buy the XS size since I needed to restock. I opened the XS and saw they were all size smalls. Seems like there is a bit of a wonky situation with their sizing. The white diapers are not sold in a regular size small, only XS, but when you buy the XS you will receive smalls. Anyway, the smalls fit me so much better. They are a bit snug around the butt but I like them a lot better than the mediums! I am 5’6 and 130 pounds for reference.

Best Adjustments with Diaper
We are very happy to find this diaper because it is hard to find a diaper that completely covers. The long tabbed side wings on the back fold well on the front of the diaper. There is no more leaking. It is larger than expected for a small adult. But that works great for his needs. We have tried about 12 kinds of diapers over the last 4 years and this is best by far.

Great for weakened bladders
I like the high absorbancy of this diaper. The fit was a little off around the thighs but I made it work. I used these for post surgery bed rest. The tabs were reusable and they hold in place. I ordered the Large, which fits okay around the waist but maybe my thighs were too big making these a bit snug around the leg. I recommend this product.

A Game-Changer in Disposable Underwear: Comfort, Efficiency, and Affordability
When managing my medical needs, I want a product I can trust, that's comfortable and that is cost effective.I want to spend more time enjoying life and not worry about something silly. These disposable underwears check all my boxes. They're very comfortable, very thin, absorb a lot, are leak proof, hold well in place and I never have to change them because they've reached their maximum capacity but rather because I've been wearing them for 6 hours and need to change them for hygiene purposes. There's really no way to tell I'm wearing them under my clothes, they're super quiet. They have velcro tabs that not only manage to hold well in place but also won't tear easily, it's something I have quite never seen trying various models and using them 24:7 for my needs.I have a level of confidence and ease I've never had before. It's hard to be critical but I guess two points I could mention is that the product is advertised as being for people who are bed ridden and I think on the opposite it's better for people who are active: it's easier to change without having to take off your pants and shoes, something you have to do with pullups. It could be nice not perpetuating that stigma of hygiene products being for people who are sick or old... .Another critic is that the dry parts tend to separate over time which could lead to absorption issues down the line but I haven't experienced that.To me it's the best option that exists in the category of disposable underwear with tabs. It's not only leak proof, comfortable, thin, quiet but also it's one of the cheapest options out there.Usually I try to have reviews that are a little bit more balanced but there's not much negative things to say here. It's the best disposable underwear I have ever tried, I have instantly made the decision to make them my daily drivers from now on. And I think you'd benefit from making them your daily drivers too if you're in a similar situation from mine.

Not perfect but the best
They’re great but a big bm or urine flow won’t hold. Not a better one out there in this horrendous product. Unfortunately this is sadly the best.

Premium-priced, low-quality, adult diapers
I bought SUNKISS TrustPlus Adult Diapers with Maximum Absorbency, Disposable Incontinence Briefs with Tabs for Men and Women, Maximum Overnight Absorbency, Leak Protection, Large, 15 Count due to age-related prostate/urinary issues. My experience has been dismal:Pros:1. They hold urine. Not a lot, but if you only dribble or void in them only once, they might do.2. They are breathable.3. They have leak guards.4. They ARE soft to the touch.Cons:1. Fit is poor. Even dry they sag in the crotch.2. They are breathable to the point no odors are kept in or masked. Another misleading statement in the listing write-up.3. Leak guards just don't work.4. Fastening tabs tend to gum up with product material so refastening for better fit is problematic and only randomly effective.5. They leak after just one use, so the claim of "heavy absorbency" is not true by any stretch of imagination.6. These have no stretch whatsoever and tear easily compared to most other adult diapers.7. Price is way out of line for the low quality. (yes, price is part of the shopping experience so it belongs in a review)These are premium-priced, low-quality, adult diapers that don't perform as well as the cheapest brands. Frankly, they should be priced in the $.40 - $ .50 each range.

great for assisted living residents requiring ongoing changes
This product is great for incontinent individuals, of which many of us will be, whether we like it or not, such is the aging process. Med techs call these "tabbys" because of the tabs to hold them together. They are easy to roll a patient and put on or take off absorb everything and make changing much easier rather than having to put a persons leg through a diaper like product. Size is important I purchased large and extra large but will ask to see which is better for the patient. The price from Amazon is very reasonable and delivery is so convenient. I highly recommend this product.

Very absorbent
These fit Mom perfectly. She lost so much weight that even a size small is too big for her. The ones from the hospital were too big and would leak. We got the size S/M on these and they fit great. They fit well and are not tight. Very happy

They Work
Have been using this product for a long time, having tried lots of others these are by far the best I've found. They fit nicely, deal with high levels of incontinence and are comfortable for long term use.
