The bulb I received did not meet my expectations because ...
The bulb I received did not meet my expectations because it had double contacts on the base rather than a single contact which is what I need. I have returned the bulb sent to me and I think received a credit on my Am Exp. I still need a single contact bulb which I assume Dynamic Lamps does not carry.. Got it replaced with this one as it is priced very well and looked like the same model
My bulb for my microscope burnt out after almost 2 years that I purchased from GIA.edu. Got it replaced with this one as it is priced very well and looked like the same model. First one was "lost in mail". Finally after almost 2 weeks my re-ordered bulb came. It literally burnt out within 4 uses. I am going to order again to see if I just got unlucky, though if I have the same issues I will just have to go back to my original vendor.

Won't buy again
Eiko bulbs usually last 2-3 months in my microscope. I bought 2 of these because of the price and so I would have a spare. They both burned out within a week of installing them. Back to the Eiko bulb for me.
