Originally I had given this item a bad review because it was not calculating my body composition, only weight. Well, I was getting ready to pack it up and return it but decided to give it one more try before doing so. Voila! It worked. Not sure what I was doing wrong the first time. Maybe it just takes a little while to register. Perhaps my feet were not connecting with the sensors properly. In any event if this happens to anyone else, play around with it a bit and try standing with you feet more to the front or more to the back before assuming it doesn't work. I'm glad I did.

Seems to be highly accurate for weight. I just finished a Biggest Loser contest, and my measured weight at home matched the "official" scale every time. Not sure about the water percent, muscle percent, bone mass, etc. Those seem to be a lot more variable than is realistic - I don't think my muscle percent jumps or drops 5-10 percent in a day or two. Nice appearance, looks great in my bathroom, that's a definite plus. As a whole, I like and would recommend this model for the average user, unless you are in serious need of accurate hydration or muscle mass stats.

Great scale for the price.Only thing is: the option for reviewing more than just your weight (if you want them to calculate your bone density, water weight...etc.) then it repeats three times. What a waste of battery! Each review is like 30 seconds total, so it lights up for a minute (and more).The redeeming quality for that is, if you hop off after your weight is calculated, they will automatically turn off before calculating the other measurements.

Although I loved the design, it didn't measure anything (body fat, water, muscle) it only weighed you. You could change it to kilos or stones in the back, but it didn't do what it said it would. So I called, the man was very nice and said it was a possibility that this particular model could have been defective! Meaning the whole line! He said he would get back to me in a couple days. He never did, instead I got an email saying the product was defective and so I had to return it. Would've loved to keep it, but I guess they made it wrong!

It's pretty good with no real complications. Easy set up.I've also noticed that it seems confused when trying to determine how much bone I have, meaning that it will be 7 lbs one day and 6.8 the next. You need to use your bare feet for the percentages of body fat, TBW and muscle, but it gives the weight with no problems when using socks.

I really like it but I'm not sure how correct the values are. There are two settings, one fore athlete and one for...sedetary? I guess. The percentages vary GREATLY, and if it was actually taking your body fat it wouldn't change.

Love the scale but wish had more instruction in manual. I never was able to set the date per the instructions so not sure if wrong model sent. Features not explained at all, just listed so guess will google all that!
