Great Gift for Computer Beginner
I bought this as a gift for my brother who liked to play games on his Android tablet but needed a serious upgrade. He had no prior experience using a computer but picked up on this Chromebook very quickly. Loves it, and is learning computer functions and software in the process thanks to free Google office apps and storage.

The battery is going, it won't stay charged for long. Don't know if I can put a new battery in it or not.

Great Product!
I have had great success with HP products over the years. This new HP Chromebook is no different! I found it easy to setup right from the box and the Google Play Store has all my Apps.This laptops power is satisfactory and so is the battery life. Price is competitive with like models.Enjoy!

Glad we got this chromebook
Looked at many chromebooks and finally settled on this one. It's been a really good chromebook for the family. No complaints so far. Picture is clear, touch screen works well, and battery life is good. My daughter finds it easy to carry around use anywhere she wants.

Love the screen.
If you like a rich, glossy screen like on a Galaxy phone then this is the way to go. Acer screens seem dry and unlively.

Not as advertised. Got a 3 year old version.
It has a 10th gen processor. Older processor and internals. Most importantly, it expires from Google's updates AUE 3 years earlier (2027 instead of 2030). It also has light scratches on one corner. Buyer beware.

Fingerprint doesnt work
The fingerprint scanner doesn't seem to work for anything but adding your fingerprint. The storage space is less than i expected as i only downloaded 2 apps and cannot download anymore even though i still have 100 GB left of open storage. I upgraded from a 4 GB RAM/64GB storage to avoid having this issue anymore. Not impressed.
