my kids somehow broke the battery compartment door. It worked perfectly with no set up required. I have a 2019 jeep grand Cherokee.The only reason I give a three star for durability is because it’s a manufacture defect… They’ve been making these with zero changes since at least 2014 because I had them in my Durango as well.Very happy that I found them on Amazon though because at the dealership they are ridiculously priced.

These are supposedly the original type of headphones- and look like the original pair that the battery clip broke on, but they do not pair with the DVD player. Such a waste of money.

Same exact ones our 2014 Town and Country Minivan came with. They function like the originals. The reason I took away one star, is the durability of the battery door. The spring tension holding the battery in place slowly makes the door fail. Its a poor product design.

I needed a replacement for my Uconnect headphones for my 2016 Chrysler T & C. I thought they’d be covered under my bumper to bumper warranty but turned out that they were not. The dealership wanted over a hundred bucks each and doubted me when I told him about these. For less than the price of one at the dealership, I got two! And they are the exact same headphone-not a knock off or generic substitute. Put batteries in and they connected right away. Keep in mind that they have the same problem with the battery cover-that’s the problem I’ve read most people (including me)-have but here is an affordable solution in case it happens again.

I ordered these as replacements to the ones that came with my 2015 town and country. Great so far! I have little boys that tore up the old ones and just never got around to replacing them.

Bought these in August 2019, but did not attempt to use until day for our family road trip. You can hear the movie, but amongst a TON of static. Unfortunately, the return period has ended and now stuck with a product my kids cannot use.
