It's not taking Frimware update

Good camera and good noise canceling with the mic. Just keep in mind the battery only last 1.5 hour of recording. And the sound missing some bass . Other wise it's a awesome product

This is my 2nd Sent 10C. It seems to be a bit heavier than my old one, however the ability to adjust the headset for the camera shot is very good! I like that it auto shuts off if not in use, so it doesn't drain the intercom battery. The sound quality is not as good ( a little more tinny) that the straight Sena 20, but you get used to it. Overall glad to have this newer camera system.

I ordered the product a couple weeks ago, and initially wrote a scathing review, as the original product was completely defective. The camera was either shattered or internally damaged, so I had to send it back in for a replacement.However, I've been using the replaced version of the product and I'm extremely impressed. The integration of both audio, video, music, etc, is awesome, and the various mounts that are provided by Sena make it relatively easy to fit to any helmet. Wiring the speakers to each ear well can be a pain (my helmet made it an extensive process), but the quality of the audio and the main unit's ease of use it great. The battery isn't wonderful, and the Sena camera app is pretty finicky but overall, this is a great solution for a motorcycle cam. Would definitely recommend.

After dealing with two returns of this product because it just doesn't work right I have given up on it. I had an older version. The 10C which I was replacing because I got into a motorcycle accident and it got damaged. I figured that the upgrade should be pretty seamless and smooth. However, the video recording would simply not work most of the time and it would tell me that the battery was low even when the battery was over 60%. When it did decide to work the video quality was really good and I was pleased with it. But I need something that will work consistently. Not when it decides to. Would not recommend purchasing this if you are going to use it for recording video. The sound quality was pretty decent, although the volume is noticeably lower than it was on the previous generation, which I found to be a little annoying. It hurts to say it because I really liked the original version, but after all the trouble I've had with this one, I will probably be going with cardo next time.
