I'm using this to create drag while treadmill running/walking. The quality has exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with it.

It works well. You can strap it to a pole or have a friend follow you. They recommend the maximum distance to be between 20-22ft, so this isn’t a full field sprint workout unless you have a friend staying about 20 ft behind you while you run. I use it for me and my wife and the kids. Great flexibility- the belt allows the resistance to rotate almost 360 degrees around you- just the space in the front where the buckle is that allow the complete 360. Solid construction. Very good product.

Wow, i was really impressed at the quality of this resistance band.I have used it non-stop for a vaerity of training sessions for my kids.Thankfully Youtube is full of videos that gave us tons of useful workouts we could use with this band.The resistance band is very durable and really strong. I like the size of the gym back it comes with, large enough to fit a few more items inside.Nice addition for the cost.

I got to use it only a couple of times before the weather changedr, but they seem to work well. Can't wait to use them in the gym.
