Invaluable, Helpful Tips
501 Time-Saving Tips Every Woman Should Know by Georgia Varozza is a great and practical book to have.If you are a newly married young lady or just starting out on your own, this book is invaluable. Older homemakers will probably know most of the tips; however, there are still some jewels to glean.Georgia also includes quotations applicable to the chapter from the Bible, other books and famous persons. These quotes add to the enjoyment of the book. One tip I plan to implement right away. We have a problem in our bathroom from mold. Georgia suggests placing cotton balls soaked in bleach along the corners of your tub or shower stall for an hour and then cleaning the tub or stall. She also suggests keeping a spray bottle filled with water to which two teaspoons of bleach have been added. Spray the walls before you shower and undress. After undressing and before getting in the tub/stall, wash down the walls. The tips cover everything from kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room tips to managing time and budget, preparations for emergencies and so much more.501 Time-Saving Tips Every Woman Should Know is a great reference book with helpful tidbits of information.I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Somewhat Helpful
This may be of interest to young women who are starting out with running a home, but that’s about it. I’ve seen tips that are similar online and in magazines. The title is a bit of misnomer. It doesn’t really cover time saving, but rather housework – cooking, family issues, beauty (very basic), safety, and gardening. There were a few tips that were somewhat new to me.

Don't waste your money or time on this
Almost every tip was common sense and what wasn't are tips you can easily find on Pinterest. Also, I could live without her pushing religion down my throat.
