Well written, illustrated and published . A book to return to oveR and over again and with the DVD makes it so special .

not as good as I expected
I have enjoyed many Barefoot Books, but did not enjoy this one as much as the others. Several stories were weird....I am all for fairy tales and sometimes they tend to be a little odd, but these stories were weird without an obvious lesson at the end. I also thought that some stories were unnessarily gruesome....I realize this happens in fariy tales sometimes, but these were just weird and gross!
