Hot on the heels of the final book in Ivy Layne's fantastic "Scandals of the Bad Boy Billionaires" aka the Winters' family, comes the Sinclair brothers of the eponymous Sinclair Security. For those who have read Ivy Layne's earlier books, we've met Evers Sinclair before, notably in The Temptation Trap which features Evers' brother Axel, plus mentions of Evers and Summer in some of the Scandals series.Without giving away too many spoilers, Evers and Summers have been in a casual relationship for a year or so, when Summer realises that Evers has been keeping tabs on her in a professional capacity for Sinclair Security. This does not go down well! Summer's dad is an old hippy who has become involved with some really dodgy dealings and Summer is now under threat. It's a great read with plenty of suspense, drama and of course the love interest. I really enjoyed this book and I can't wait for the next in the series.All Ivy Layne's books are standalone, but there is a thread running through them and some of the mystery won't be wrapped up to the final book in the series. If you want to read the prequel, Axel and Emma's story, it can be purchased as a standalone  The Temptation Trap: Volume 3 (The Alpha Billionaire Club)  or as part of three stories combined  The Alpha Billionaire Club Trilogy: The Wedding Rescue, The Courtship Maneuver, & The Temptation Trap . I'd also recommend the Winters series. It starts with  The Billionaire's Pet (Scandals of the Bad Boy Billionaires Book 3) , and the first three books in the series are also available as  The Scandals Collection: The Billionaire's Pet, The Billionaire's Promise, & The Rebel Billionaire . Each book gets stronger as the series progresses.

What a book. Been waiting to read this and it was certainly worth the wait. Loved Summer and Evers and couldn’t believe all what her dad had put her through. Glad Summer finally saw through him. Can’t wait to start Knox and Cooper’s books.

What can I say Ivy Layne does it again with this spin off series about the Sinclairs'. The story of Evers and Summer will keep you turning the pages until deep into the night, with a secret about Summer and the Mafia all getting involved phew. Couldn't wait to find out the end but also not wanting this book to end. Fantastic five star read. Hurry up lady writer with the next in the series.
