Do not order this item! Odrered item twice, both had an output of 5VDC, not 12VDC..
Product is probably mispackaged. Wanted to use this cable adapter to power a 12VDC LED display light from my desktop PC. Tried all available USB ports on PC - 5VDC output from all USB ports.

Bought this to run LED lights off of a USB battery. Description is false! Not 12 volt only 5 volt.

Great replacement for all those missing cords.
With 10000000 various toys add electronics around my house, cords can be a headache. The is a miracle for the dad with missing cords and sad kids. I was able to charge up several things that has been dead a long while.I also used this to charge portable DVD players in the car. They plugged right in as I can now use one USB splitter instead of the 12-volt car plug.
