Softer than most.
This soft collar is pretty comfortable, but the velcro strip doesn't hold very well, it keeps coming apart and the size of the collar is a little big for me.

This is too small in width and way to long around. I’m a medium sized women and hung down on me if I closed Velcro. Returned, couldn’t use.
