Saw price and had to try. Loved them. Make great Chicken Marsala. Ended up ordering several more packs of 4. Sent an order to my son. Nice thick slices. Cans were packed tight. Not salty at all. Only drawback is the packaging. 4 large cans in a plastic bag. Many were dented.

There are a lot of mushrooms in a pound.

When I saw the price for four 1 pound cans was $5, I couldn't believe it! I placed an order, thinking I'd end up with one can or 4 small cans. Very happy when 4 large cans showed up!Unless you're feeding a lot of people, 16 ounces is a lot of mushrooms, so I decided to freeze dry them in our Harvest Right freeze drier and I could just use what I needed each time.I placed more orders and I think I ended up with around 50 or so cans, all of which I have or will be freeze drying. The last shipment arrives soon, but I also noticed the price went up from $5 for 4 cans to almost $25 for 4. Very happy I got them while they were so inexpensive!The quality and flavor is great!

Mushrooms are good but 5.62 to 24.45 is crazy. That not inflation but corporate greed.
