Not as comfy as other Gentle Souls styles
Of the four different styles/colors of Gentle Souls shoes, I have, these are the least comfortable because they rub right over the joint of the big toe where the platform starts to rise. I am wondering if the shoe will soften/stretch a bit and ease that issue, but this one is made of leather that is more stiff than the supple suede of the others I have, which, are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.

Great looking shoe. However, not as comfortable as I would have thought. Shoe rubs toes if worn too long,

Those ankle straps are not forgiving!
With the exception of the ankle straps being too snug and not long enough, the shoes are great. I wish shoe designers would remember our ankles swell, and it wouldn't kill them to give us an extra inch!
