2016 Honda Accord Sedan Husky Liner WeatheBeater 98481
Car liners/mats arrived early and on time via UPS! I was able to track package all the way through. Great seller even though product was not Prime eligible thru them. Package and item arrived on time and undamaged. Excellent price and significantly reduced price compared to other sellers of similar product, including Amazon LLC! I decided on these Husky Liners Weather Beaters 98481, for my new 2016 Honda Accord, over the WeatherTech in order to save money and yet still not skim out and/or sacrifice on quality. I wasn't expecting much especially since there's a huge price variation and disparity between the two. I WAS WRONG!!! These Husky liners are awesome and just as good as the WeatherTech brand. They are a different rubber-plastic material vs the WeatherTech (which I have on our Acadia) but are still made of a durable and somewhat pliable rubber or plastic material. They don't feel as stiff or thick or hard as the WeatherTech in our Acadia, and I actually prefer the feel of the Husky brand at the moment. They also fit perfect, and are nice and tight! The drivers side secures to the existing floor mat locks on the floorboard. I like that they have "spikes" on the underside that securely grip the carpet and help keep these in place. They fit exact to the "T" (measurements) of the car and snug all the contours of the car. The only minor or insignificant issue is the driver side liner does obstruct the gas and trunk lever on the driver side floor sill but it's relatively easy to lift and get at the lever. There's an indentation or molded section that you might be able to cut out yourself but for me it's no issue especially since can use the key fob to open the trunk and at a combined highway/city 30 MPGs on this new 2016 Honda Accord I don't expect much use of the gas tank door access lever. Great product and design at a significantly reduced price versus the competitor!

It would have been nice if they were higher to cover the whole side ...
The Husky floor liners fit well. I'm very picky, so i have a few concerns. The rubber is kind of hard in my opinion. The little spikes on the underside of the mats are hard and pointy. I would have thought they would be more flexible. I hope they don't ruin the carpet underneath. I had to be careful installing it so that the pointy spikes don't puncture a hole in my leather seats. The raised sides only cover the bottom half of the side carpets. It would have been nice if they were higher to cover the whole side carpets. The gas and trunk release is covered, but it is a plus in my opinion because it will prevent dirt , snow, and rain from falling into the lever slot. And you just have to lift that part up a bit to reach the lever when filling the tank. The dead pedal is completely covered, which I like. The Weathertech ones only cover half the dead pedal, which can cause dirt, rain, and snow to go from your shoe to behind the mat and onto your carpet. I don't have experience with the other brands of floor liners, but I think they all have sides that are raised about the same height from the pictures I've seen posted online. I guess I can protect the top half of the side carpets during winter by cutting a strip of carpet remnant or thick plastic sheet and using velcro tape to velcro it in place. The mats were kind of expensive, but they were a lot cheaper than the Weathertechs. For the price of the front Weathertech liners only, I can get the front and back Husky liners for a few dollars more. Since I keep my cars from new to when they die, it's a small price to pay to try and keep the carpets clean. I've used pant saver mats in the pass, but no matter how careful you try to be, you always end up with calcium stains on the sides of the carpet. As for my buying experience. I received the mats within a week. The only thing I didn't like was that I saw a certain price when I first started looking on Amazon, and within a couple of days, the price jumped twice. Not by much, but still.Update: May 11, 2016:It is now about 7 months since I bought it. It has worked well throughout the winter season. Just lined it with some newspaper to absorb the wetness from the snow and slush.Only thing I notice now is that the price dropped by $63 since I bought it. That is upsetting. Makes me feel gouged. Why does Amazon do that with their prices? It shouldn't drop 35% in price in under 7 months.

Plastic, not rubber
Bought these specifically for '17 Accord Hybrid, knowing they were plastic. Thick plastic, to be sure, but nevertheless, plastic. The really sharp points on the bottom really do an excellent job keeping the mats locked in place. I have a high usage vehicle, (Lyft driver) and have been looking for something just like these. These fit my car perfectly, which was my biggest fear- did you even know that Honda made an Accord Hybrid in '17? So, they fit perfectly, lock in place perfectly, were very affordable compared to the real rubber version, and the rear passenger section extends far enough forward under the front seats to be effective in catching the debris from an average 15+ rides per day. I'll be buying these again when I take delivery of my new Accord Hybrid as well.

Great floor mats
I have used these in all my vehicles and love them. I bought these for a 2017 Honda Accord Coupe. Husky only seems to make them for the Sedan but I thought I'd try them. Fronts fit perfectly, but the rear mat I had to cut to make it fit around the front seat frame rails and center console. The rear seat footwell is smaller in the coupe - shorter front to rear, and also seems to be slightly narrower overall. By trimming it it will have lost some of its ability to hold snow and water, but it's a Coupe and won't have people in the rear seat very often.

Great floor mats pretty comparable to weathertech.
These floor mats are very solid and, but more importantly it fits my car nearly perfect. They are easy to clean and from my experience cover a little more than the weathertech ones. My only complaints are that the passenger mat wants you to screw it into the floor (which I skipped and they still do not shift at all) and the gas/trunk levers are inaccessible until you cut out the pre-determined spots. Not sure why they left that to the consumer but no big deal it takes 5 minutes. All in all they are high quality, do their job as intended, and have a fair price point. Would definitely buy this brand again
