It’s not cheap, but it’s my go-to when I have stubborn paint on my hands. And I love that it’s easy on my skin.

It’s sandy, doesn’t lather, and it’s expensive. Poor replacement for boraxo but can be had in less than 25 lb pails, so it will do I guess. It does work ok, but is more abrasive like pumice than the effective but soft abrasive of boraxo.If you never used and liked boraxo you will probably be very happy with it

We bought some of this at a local event and when we used it all, we knew we needed to find more. It's not like what you normally think of as soap in terms of texture or foaming, but it cleans even better! My husband and I have been doing a lot of yard work the last two years, and sometimes we forget to wear gloves when we're getting deep into the soil. Whereas using regular soap would still mean a long handwashing session, Pinerite gets our very grubby hands clean on the first try. My husband also uses this when he has been working on the car. It is still somehow reasonably gentle on skin and although my skin is sensitive, I get no irritation from Pinerite. We love this stuff!

I've never used a hand cleaner that was anything like this....it resembles sawdust, shake a very small amount on your hands, scrub them for 10-20 seconds, then rinse. Your hands will feel as if you had applied lotion to them...soft and smooth, with none of the usual 'chemical' smells that you get with "Goop", "GoJo" and other well known hand cleaners. I'm not sure if this Pinerite qualifies as a "Miracle Product" or not, but it's far and away the best cleaner that I have ever used.

Originally discovered this great hand cleaner in a regional art store - made by a company from our area. Now it is our go-to for both paint-covered artist's hands, and grease and grim covered farmer's hands. Was happy to see the larger size available here when we ran out and I didn't have time to make a run to the art store. Highly recommend!

Wonderful for washing up after doing dirty, greasy work. The gritty texture gets the grime off without scratching your skin, leaving it clean, soft and smooth. A little goes a long way, being a dry product rather than a liquid, is environmentally sound, tho I’d like to see it packaged in paperboard (ideally made from hemp), instead of plastic.

This product is far superior to anything on the market.
