No more Kanebo volumizing shampoo for me
The product, which I have used for several years, arrived "separated" and no amount of shaking or stirring would make it coalesce. The shampoo must have been frozen or overheated somehow in transit. I will miss it, but won't try to reorder. I threw it away and am using another product I don't like as well.
