Essential for cloth diapers & potty training
This product is a must have for cloth diapers and potty training, but it falls a little short in some construction/design flaws, although I still highly recommend it. Hence, I give it 4 stars instead of 5. We have a 3-year old model (before they were marketed specifically as diaper sprayers), which we still use daily after 3 years. After about two years of daily use our button stopped functioning so we could no longer turn the sprayer on. I emailed the company and received a courteous and helpful email the next day. In less than a week I had not one, but two replacement parts, and straightforward replacement instructions. I replaced the part in less than five minutes using a pair of tweezers. In the first year of use we were not mindful of the instructions to turn the sprayer off and shake it after each use and we did develop a slow leak that resulted in damage to our first floor ceiling and drywall replacement/repair. Since then I am in the habit of checking to ensure that the sprayer is off each time I visit the bathroom, even when I do not use the sprayer. We did also develop a slow leak at the connection to the water pipe once, but this was quickly remedied by tightening the connection. I was really worried about over spray, but since you can adjust the spray this has not been an issue at all. I have found the product invaluable on a daily basis for spraying off soiled diapers, soiled cloth training pants, items soiled by vomit, and for cleaning out our tot's potty. As long as we are vigilant about keeping it shut off when not in use, and checking to make sure there is not water on the floor around it (indicating it was not shaken out or turned off after use, or that the connection to the plumbing needs to be tightened), we are very satisfied with its performance. I even recently bought this newer model for my sister who just had her first baby and is also using cloth diapers. She has had no problems to date. I also like that it was very simple for my husband to install, and that it is made in the U.S. Overall, I really like this product and the customer service I received, but I wish there was a way to prevent it from dripping when you forget to turn it off, and that the button were made of stronger material. I still highly recommend it, but with the caveat to be vigilant about turning it off and watching for drips/leaks.

Quality of product is based on installation
I was hesitant to purchase due to the mixed reviews and many complaints of leaking. However, from my experience, the leaking is strictly based on the time put into the installation and maintenance. I installed the sprayer, using Teflon plumbers tape on the connections. Not a single leak. I gave my wife strict instructions to make sure she turns it off and clears the line of water before hanging it back up. Not a single leak. The pressure of the water when the valve is completely open is ridiculous. However, it is easy to turn on and off, which is also how the pressure is adjusted. There is some spray-back from cleaning the diapers, but that is just the nature of the business. The sprayer comes with a handy toilet tank clip that securely holds the sprayer without requiring drilling into the wall. All in all it is a very handy product for cloth diapering, my wife and I are both very pleased (so far....).

We use it to get #2 off of training underwear ...
We use it to get #2 off of training underwear for our toddler. We have had it for about 3 months now. Works without any issues. Leaked a little on the first day, so we tightened it a bit and no problems since then. I'm thinking of getting it for my kids pre-school... that should fulfill our required community hours for the semester :-).

"When it works don't fix it"
I had purchased the white version of this sprayer back in 2009. At the time it came with a light transparent tubing instead of the new metal replacement. The previous version was flexible and practical. Unfortunately this is no longer the case with this new version which is stiff, cumbersome, and too heavy for the plastic mounting bracket.

Works great. All plastic valves and hardware though
Works great. Hopefully it lasts for at least a few years. My only concern is that it is basically all plastic. I think the valves will break over time. But for doing what it's supposed to do-- it works great.

Well Made - Looks Nice
This is a well made chrome and sturdy. The handle is plastic and the push button could be made a little more sturdy, but the rest of the parts are good. I like the clip on Handle holder which discreetly can hold the head of the spray handle on the edge of the tank.

Great Posterior Cleaner
I just spent 3 weeks in Vietnam. Almost every toilet had a spray wand. I loved the convenience of that sprayer and needless to say felt much cleaner. So when I got home, I found this one. I am very happy with it. My husband installed it very quickly and reported back to me that it was very well made. We put it in the busiest bathroom and have had no problems at all. I did read that some of them leaked but this one does not leak at all.

For Cloth Diapering. ...
Haven't had to use it yet, being that my baby is only 5 weeks old and there's no need to spray poop off the diapers yet. But it was easy to install. The water pressure seems pretty powerful. I'm assuming it'll do great when the time comes
