It was easy to replace and everything worked as planned. It is a great feature of this battery back up that the battery pack can be replaced. If it didn't have this battery replacement feature, I would have to buy a new battery back up and also pay an AV repairman to take it out of the rack and replace it. Great savings for me.

So far so good. I received my unit on 10/10/19 and it fit my APC Smart-UPS X 1500VA just like the original. It came fully charged.

works fine, just with the cables the case won't close.
