Amazing stuff! I started using red clover as part of a protocol to heal strep/ acne causing bacteria and also support my hormones. Red clover is recommended by the Medical Medium to heal acne\ support the liver etc. I honestly wasn’t even expecting to notice a difference because with most herbs my acne actually gets a lot worse before it gets better but this one was different! Since I started taking it a few weeks ago I haven’t gotten one painful cystic pimple along my jaw line! I usually get anywhere from 3-10 at a time with a new one popping up almost daily during the second half of my cycle. I feel like red clover has been amazing for supporting my hormones! I only take 1/2 tsp a day in a smoothie or in oatmeal. I am so happy with this supplement I will repurchase from bulk in the future. As far as bulk supplements go, I order several other bulk powders from them including : l-tryptophan, inositol, berberine, and taurine and have always been satisfied with the quality.

I had been taking the capsules from another company and achieved so so results. I was about to try black cohosh instead ..I am menopausal and needed a tad bit help. I stumbled across this product and read every review before making my decision. Placed the order and it arrive fairly quickly. I opened the bag and started to have a severe hot flash from anxiety hoping that it was different from the other brand I used previously. I mixed it with a cup of tea... all the while fearing a tornado of hot flashes. Hmmmm... this stuff is really amazing.. not one hot flash, even after a shower or cup of tea. And joint pain honestly gone. I am so use to buying products that have excellent reviews and when I try them... I am having a screaming match with myself. But this one is POWDERED GOLD! I will be ordering it AGAIN!

It’s been about a month of taking Red Clover. It has pleasant smell and I think it tastes ok, but I generally mix it with other supplements or herbal tea, so I cannot provide a definitive opinion on the taste. I can see a difference in my monthly flow so I believe it’s working.The only issue is the package does not seal after opening because the powder gets in the grooves. I’d recommend transferring it to another container.

Ooof...headache city! Obv works for some but yeesh! Clover tea works for me...this was just too much.
