Jungle Coffee Beans | Medium Roast Costa Rican Whole Bean Eco Friendly Gourmet (1 lb) - Specialty Coffee 1 Pound Fresh Roasted

This was a great coffee, maybe the best of the organic whole bean coffee's I've purchased this year on Amazon (Equal Exchange Organic Coffee, Zen Blend, Kicking Horse Kick Ass Dark Roast and Three Sisters Medium Roast). Zen Blend is as good, but I have a slight preference for this. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't put the roasting date on the package, so you don't know how fresh it is. There is a sell-by date, but that leaves you guessing. Even the Peet's coffee sold in the supermarket has the roasting date on it, so I don't know why they don't put it on there.

Been to Costa Rica and the coffee there is wonderful. This coffee is smooth,with no bitter after taste and is very low on acid. The aroma while grinding is enticing, to be followed up with the full bodied flavor to match the aroma. This is the closest I have found to that experience

Very good coffee. We have enjoyed the rich flavor and the understated hint of honey. Really good! We like our coffee smooth and robust. This roast delivers. Downside. Too expensive to use every day. At 21 bucks a pound it will have to be an occasional pleasure.

Delicious and smooth. I have only recently discovered honey roast coffee and thought I would try this one. The most outstanding feature is the smoothness and the distinctive honey flavor. I love it! High price point though, so it will have to be a rare treat.

This is a really wonderful coffee from Costa Rica, rich, smooth, not at all acidic. We often use it in a blend with other coffees to enrich the flavor of the brewed cup. Great product.

Great coffee, very smooth and not overly acidic. I would highly recommend. I ordered the dark roast as well, can't wait to try it.
