Cape Dory Cutting Board

I love the idea of a cutting board over my new farm sink but the quality could be better. I only had the cutting board for over a week when it started to warp. Now its a little wobbly when I use it. I tried my best to keep it dry but when your cooking you can't keep taking the time to dry the cutting board. I am still extremely happy with the product. As much as I use it, it still looks great and doesn't dull my sharp knives. I would have given 5 stars it was a bit pricey, for the quality, and I am very disappointed with it warping.

Well made, and it fits in the sink like it should.

Has a routed lip that ensures that it fits the model of the Kohler sink we have perfectly, just as it was designed to do. Because the sink is narrow by design, the board size is about adequate. Given its size, it is severely overpriced.

I have two of these for my two kitchen sinks. They are great.

This was an accessory that we ordered with the Cape Dory Under Mount kitchen sink, the Cape Dory cutting board rest directly upon the sink and caused moisture which turned to mold....when received we proactively used conditioner and cutting board sealer multiple times with no luck. Good idea and look great.
