Chinese Silk Pouches 12pcs 3" X 2 1/2"

Smaller than indicated so I can't use for the purpose they were purchased. Too much trouble to return. Zippered opening much too small to slip a credit card in. Credit cards are 3 3/8 so if made consistent this should have worked. Outside measure is about 1/4 inch smaller than indicated all around. Zippered access is only about 2 3/4.
