Hefty and really comfortable. True to size (same as Red Wing’s size)

I dislike that the step toe part touches the top of my toes quite heavy when you first wear them but you’ll gradually get use to them I wear a 9 in women’s I got a 7 1/2 in men. I should have gotten an 8 for more room. They run small1 to 2 sizes smaller.

Not too heavy. Feels a bit firm when walking but getting some insoles. 13w is a hard size to find sometimes. They fit perfect. Next, putting them to work and testing the durability.

Great shoes! On my jobs the asphalt surfaces get to be 130+ degrees sometimes in direct summer sun; to put things in perspective a different manufacturer's brand new work shoe sole bottoms were completely destroyed (chunks missing, cracks across the width of both shoes) in less than three weeks of use in this environment.Unable to find shoes I liked locally I took a chance and ordered this KEEN Utility Flint shoe based on the strength of the reviews, and was not disappointed. The wide width provided greater comfort immediately, and I was able to break them in pretty much the same day I first wore them. No damage has been sustained a full month later, and they have stood up to the high heat and various object striking punishment without any noticeable detriment to the shoes at all...they still look new!My only recommendation is to consider ordering a size larger if you are going to use two pairs of socks...which I did myself on a second order of these shoes, because they were so impressive. Going from my normal 8.5 EE to 9 EE with two sock layers feels great, with no rubbing or sloppy fit issues at all. I bought both the Shitake and Gargoyle colors in the Flint style, and I really like how they look.I highly recommend these KEEN work shoes, it's apparent KEEN cares about the products they produce and sell by the quality of the shoes, insoles, and heck, even the box packaging...and no, I haven't been asked to endorse them by anyone, compensated or not.

I bought the Atlanta steel toe shoes a few months ago.. it's a good steel toe shoe pretty comfortable but , my only complaint is the laces there a big disappointment.. if you read some reviews on the Alanta steel toe shoes you know why . They are the bungee cord laces not the traditional shoe laces, I do a lot of walking and moving around at work and I could not keep them tight after a few weeks, I would have to replace them over and over..so I ended up putting two locks on it. So hopefully they hold a little better, I'm saving the Atlanta's for a backup pair. This was the main reason why I went and bought the Flint steel toe shoes, plus they a have little more padding around the ankle area that makes it a little more comfortable to.. you really can't go wrong with either shoe, if you don't mind rigging up the laces on the Atlanta's for your liking..also both shoes have plenty of toe area that's my favorite part of the shoes . I tried the timberland steel toe shoes on they were so narrow at the toes I hated it ,so if you need the extra room you should think about the Flint or Atlanta, My only Con about the Keen Flints is they really need a few more colors like black that would be nice!!

I have Plantars foot and this shoot replaced my utility Hoka shoes. Very good support. Breathable shoe. 3months in and so far holding up well. Also I have xxx wide feet and these are wide enough. Very Comfortable!

I wore these works shoes for about 6 months before one of the lace loops broke.

These are my second pair of keens and not disappointed.
