Good book on Catechetical Praxis
This book is a great glimpse into rich spiritual formation from an African American point of view. For its white audiences it should not be read as a sub-genre of catechetical writings or on spiritual formation, but as equally if not more informing than the writings of white males. The book’s view of “liberating wisdom” makes this entirely worth your buy.

Wimberly's method of Christian Education is toward freedom in a world desparately in need of healing.
