Looked like a good value, but don't count on both jacks working reliably.
Revision:After some general use I encountered a few issues where what appears to be happening was the battery was not charging my device after a few minutes. It turns out the unit I received had an issue where the Smart Fit port would time out even with a device plugged in unless the Quick Charge Port was also in use, so I could charge 2 devices, but I needed to use the smart fit port as the second port always. Not horrible, but clearly not as advertised. I was traveling overseas at the time, so worried I would not be able to return the item in time.Good news, Jackery's support is phenomenal. They told me about the 2 year warranty, and after some troubleshooting, replaced the unit at no cost to me almost 2 months after I purchased it. The new unit works perfectly (I then double checked with the same device, the old device still has the smart fit issue, just to make sure it was not user error). So, this review has gone up and down a bit. Ultimately I'm going to bump it and leave it up to 5 stars like I originally had it. Did I get a defective unit? Yes, though not defective in which it was useless. However, the 2 year full warranty and ease in which I was able to get it replaced gives me confidence that the company stands behind their product, and more likely to stick with them in the future. The only thing I'm still not sold on is the power button, but that's a function I can live with. The price and performance I've been pleased with in every other way, and the product support is amazing.Original Review:I was looking for a large charging battery at a good price and found this. Specs looked good, and the indicator light was better than no light, so I gave it a try.Good:- Quick charge works flawlessly.- Was able to charge my Switch (not at full speed, but it did charge it)- Good size for what I was looking for.- Plenty of juice to spare, I managed to charge 3 different phones off it when it wasn't fully charged.- Quality build - it feels solid in my hand.- 2 ports is nice for charging multiple devices.Could be better- Only one port is QC compatible. Both will get things done, but if you have 2 QC devices, only one gets QC.- Light indicator doesn't stay on, so you have to hit the power button to see how much juice it has. Granted, this is a low end model, and many similar ones didn't even have the 4 lights.- Micro-USB Charging. I would have preferred USB-C for the battery charging itself.- Did not come with a charger (I have plenty, but it could be an issue for some)- Cable it did come with was rather short.- At 1 pound, it could be considered heavy for some. I didn't think it was heavy, but it did weigh my pants down when I had it in a pocket.Problems- The non-QC Charger had issues with my Switch and would stop charging regularly. The QC Port did not, even though the Switch isn't QC Compatible. I did not have this issue with a phone however.- Needing to press the power button to start the charging compounded the above issue that would not have been if it didn't shut itself off. If there was an indicator light it would have helped as well if I needed to know if it was still charging without checking. The button press wasn't horrid, but if it's unreliable charging as well (maybe a cable or connection isn't perfect), then you can't tell if it's charging and you can't really start the charging and leave it alone. Again, when it works, it's fine, but it's a possible failure point in the future.Overall, I'm happy for the price I paid for it. So far. I've only really used it on one trip and testing out charging a few items prior. If the charging hiccups I had disappear, and it lasts me for a while, then I'd easily give it a 5 star rating, but for now, it's a solid 4, and for this price, well worth looking at.

Amazing charger!!
This charger, is honestly, the BEST portable charger I have EVER owned. I have a strange/weird thing for portable chargers, I'm always on the look for the best, convenient, quick charger out there. I probably own like 32 different portable chargers. They charge, they break, they die, they lose their battery 'juice' and what not. So I own a Note 4, therefore it has 'Fast Adaptive Charging' which basically charges your phone super quick. And from every portable charger that I have owned, none of them supported fast charging, until I found this bad boy. Yes, this portable charger ACTUALLY has fast adaptive charging. Now I know a lot of portable chargers advertise their product by saying that it supports fast charging or it charges your device faster, it supports 2.4V output and what not. But this one right here actually stands for that. It actually has 20K mAh, it is actually powerful and it is actually fast. I honestly just love it, and this is my favorite charger even though it might have some down points, minor things, but it could definitely be a better product if they were to ever come out with a 2.0 of this version.Pros -* Fast charging.* Huge battery capacity of 20100mAh* Great, tough metal.Cons -* Doesn't automatically start charging when you plug in a device.* The material is too slippery, it could easily slip out of your hands and fall. We could use a grip cover for this or something.* I've noticed that the portable charger itself charges really slow if you charge through a computer. But it is better if you charge through a wall adapter.Overall, It's a great charger, in my opinion, the perfect one for me. I would highly recommend it. And I look forward to 2.0 / better versions of these :D

Good value and good charger
Good powerpak considering the cost. Seems like a good value. Lacks AC adapter. This was my BAD for not noticing. I should have looked at the specs more closely. (Lesson learned: Buyer beware!) The product description seems to allude to the fact that it would include an adapter but it was not in the package. It needs a hefty AC adapter (2.4 amps) to charge fast and fully. The description stated: "Recharge itself only 10 hours by using 2A adapter." It should have cited "NOT INCLUDED." Functional performance seems good though. I got 6 recharges for my LGL62VL phone out of one Jackery Thunder X powerpak charge. I got the Jackery Thunder X powerpak for keeping phone and GPS operational on backpacking trips. I liked the storage capacity and the Qualcomm Quick Charge 3 feature. Using that port, it charges my phone from 0 to 100% in a few hours. Using the alternate SmartFit port, charging takes much longer and franky, I gave up waiting. I got this for recharging my GPS and phone on backpacking trips. I feel confident that it should do the job. It will be worth carrying the extra pound or so in my backpack!

NO USB fast charge but does have rapid charging on one of the power supply jacks.
This battery pack is made out of aluminum and was certainly made to be carried with you wherever you go. I carry mine in my purse along with a short USB-C cable so that I can charge my phone on the run if needed. It can charge my phone 3-4 times before it needs recharging itself and that's worth having it around to me. There is NO rapid charge for the pack to charge off the wall so to charge from zero will take it about 10 hours but it holds a charge for a long time if you use it sparingly. If this battery pack had a fast charger option to charge with then I would consider this a perfect battery. As it is it's going to get five stars because of the build quality and run time.
