Ear pieces don't stay put firmly in the ears.
Loved the first generation. Bought two of them which lasted forever. HATED this version. The only improvements are 1) providing a sturdy case and 2) stronger attachment points where the two "arms" meet the plastic piece in the back of the head. HOWEVER, this product can't compare to how snug, comfortable and streamline the original generation was. The extra, convoluted curving of the piping does not help at all in making it fit snugly to the head. The ear cushions kept falling off. I was very careful sticking them back to the earpieces, but they would sooner than later fall off again. My experience at the gym was frustrating too. Just like many others have mentioned here, the headset doesn't stay well put when you are in motion. The older, white/beige version was phenomenal. I even prefer that beige color to this shiny, black, serpentine, clunky latest version. This one is a total disappointment.

1st generation was great! Stayed on well during runs
1st generation was great! Stayed on well during runs, comfortable. Unfortunately they got lostafter several years of use. This new generation has been a flop. They don't stay in place if you'removing much and they are quite fragile. Mine broke after a couple of months of light use. They'realso weighted far too much in the back which causes them to fall off your ears if you're moving. Theoriginal version allowed the iPod to turn but the solution is over engineered. Bummer. Good productgone bad.

I loved the 1st generation but that one broke after some ...
I loved the 1st generation but that one broke after some use. This one is way too big for my head and started to get static and didn't have a great connection from the start. After very little use, I was adjusting it in my ear and and end just snapped right off and broke.
