I actually re-purposed this shoe rack to use in the garden. I needed a cheap, lightweight, waterproof shelving unit for my pots. So taking that into consideration, the review is not based on it's current use, rather it is based on if I had been using it as intended. It was very fiddly to assemble, as I would insert the poles one end, the other end would fall out. It felt quite flimsy, once finally put together, it couldn't sustain much movement (ie: as I moved it from the living room to the hallway, it fell apart again - Granted I don't imagine you will be moving it much, but incase you have it in an area of high traffic, ie: hallway and have to clean behind/under it - It will not be easily moved without off loading all the shoes first.).The metal rods are not made of a substantive quality, and one was already bent on arrival, therefore rendering that particular part of the self useless - Hence a gap, that shoes would have fallen through.But, for me it does the job I needed it for.

Very easy to assemble and strong construction for it's purpose. lots of storage, you can get 20 pairs of shoes/boots on the racks with space between each pair, there is enough room for mens walking boots between the racks. The racks are wider than a lot of racks so the shoes don't overhang also there are four tubes per shelf so the shoes won't fall through.I am delighted with this purchase and thoroughly recommend the product, at this low price you won't get better.

I ordered this and it was too long and not study so returned it within 7 days. I realised I hadn't had my refund and then got a message that I hadn't returned the item. within 30 days. No chance of showing my postage receipt label So out of pocket, not product, not happy. No apology. Would not recommend

Great product, easy to assemble. Looks good in the wardrobe.Fits 12 pairs of shoes perfectly.Unfortunately I measured incorrectly and was required to cut 1in off every pole.Delivered exactly as was described.

On en à pour son argent ? Pas vraiment à mon goût ! Barres qui n entrent pas facilement dans les trous prévus pour. Plastique qui se casse en insistant un peu. Beaucoup de temps et de patience pour le montage avec une pince par moment pour écraser légèrement certaines barres qui refusent d entrer dans les trous!.. Bof.... Étagère qui sera bien cachée dans un placard...
