CafePress Japanese Kanji 10" Wall Clock for Livingroom, Kitchen, or Office

It's lightweight plastic and is overpriced, but it works for me as a kanji clock in my Japanese kitchen. I don't think it's suitable for other rooms. Was surprised the battery was already installed. Must have alerted postal inspectors. Package appeared to have been opened, but it arrived in good working condition regardless.

My twenty-one-year-old niece spent 1-1/2 years in Japan and speaks Japanese fluently. She has always loved anything that is Japanese. While in Japan, and though she's not interested in Buddhism, she sent me numerous Buddhist objects and pieces of art because I've always leaned towards Buddhism. I put them on my wall beside my entertainment center with paintings and photographs of Buddhist temples. I had to take down the clock that was on the wall and have really missed it. Now, the clock with Japanese figures fits in very nicely. However, how long it will last has yet to be seen. Will follow up in 6 months with longevity of clock.

I think this clock is a bit overpriced considering the plastic used in it's construction. But, it did apart exactly as described. I can read it from my kitchen and the living room. It seems to be holding up well. From far away, it looks great.

I love this clock! This is my third clock from this company. Two have been this same clock. One was a more ornate model, which I ended up not liking. The quality is good. This is a good vendor to deal with. Definitely recommend the clock and the vendor.

I was looking for a Japanese character clock and was excited to order it. The first order had a defective battery connector. The second order had a second hand that was caught on the minute hand. The product is cheaply made and not tested before it is shipped. I am very disappointed with the product and distributor.

Works great and is exactly as pictured, but be warned if this is supposed to be a surprise gift - in trying to be thoughtful and helpful they include batteries already inserted into the clock, and the recipient heard the box ticking when it arrived, well before Christmas

Clock is fine. Battery died after four days!

Love this Japanese Kanji wall clock! We got it to help our children learn Japanese. It's attractive, functional and an interesting conversation piece.
