Letters can be left plain (as shown) or darkened. If no notes are left at checkout the default font is uppercase handwritten and plain lettering, with defualt to the right of the bar TO ORDER: Please leave your font, alignment, letter and choice of having the initials darkened or left plain in the "notes to seller" box at check out. Design stamps also available: +, &, period (.), heart, double heart, star, horse shoe, infinity symbol, anchor, baby feet (left, right foot or both)-each of these takes 1 letter space. Please remember that each letter, number or design is hand stamped and therefore not all letters will line up properly and might be slightly misaligned. Some marks are left on the bar during the stamping process as well as impressions left on the back of the bar. This is not a flaw and makes each piece one of a kind.
