The Burger Press, Isenretail Hamburger Press, Best Belf Meat Mould for Home Hand Made Burger with Aluminum Non Stick Patty Mold is a pretty decent burger press. It makes a decent sized burger and because it is uniformed all the way around it does cook evenly. The only problem I found with this press is that it does stick. Even though it is advertised as a non-stick product it does very much stick. Over the 4th of July weekend I pressed about 25 burgers and after the third one it began to stick, I had to use a non-stick spray so that the burgers didn't get mangled coming out of the mold and this is why I gave the product 4 stars instead of five. It comes in three pieces, the top piece, the bottom piece, and the handle. It's easy to put together, you just screw the hand into the top piece and begin pressing!Lets dive down into the pros and cons as I see them and some of them might be subjective.Pros:1. Creates uniformed burgers so you have an even cook.2. Makes a nice thick sized burger.3. The slots it creates in the burgers help them from curling.Cons:1. I was well pleased with this hamburger press. It is very well constructed with aluminum and wood materials, and does a great job pressing hamburger patties. I would highly recommend this product. I recieved this for free or at a reduced price for my honest and unbiased review.

Il materiale e la costruzioni sono buoni.La carne si stacca dal contenitore abbastanza facilmente una volta pressata, ma a volte nello staccarla l'hamburger si rompe.Bisogna pressare la carne con due mani, altrimenti la pressa si inclina e la carne sfugge da un lato.Non sono proprio contento di questo acquisto.Mio figlio ha visto su youtube un video dove pressano la carne direttamente sulla griglia senza usare la coppetta inferiore, forse così funzionerà meglio, spero. Vedremo.

E' davvero facile preparare gli hamburger con questa pressa, la grandezza è perfetta perchè una volta cotto ha la giusta dimensione (non troppo piccolo). L'ho utilizzato insieme ai dischetti per staccare meglio l'hamburger, quindi non so se senza si stacca ugualmente senza problemi. Materiale robusto e facilmente pulibile. Consigliato

uno sfizio che un amante dell'hamburger deve avere.consiglio l'uso di una pellicola per tirare fuori la carne più facilmente una volta finito lo stampo.

Arrivata in tempi record (giorno successivo all'ordine) di buona fattura e semplice da lavare, speriamo non si ossidi con il passare del tempo.

Funzina molto bene. Direi di non prevedere meno di 100 gr di macinato per evitare hamburger troppo sottili. Non ho acquistato dischi di carta, ho usato ritagli quadrati della carta da forno. Riacquisterei e consglio.
