I just ordered 2 of these necklaces because they work so well. I've ordered these numerous times and have never been disappointed. It's surprising how much they actually cool you down. I live in the south and it gets miserably hot and with these I can actually spend some time outside. I highly recommend.

UPDATE 2: Received my replacement yesterday and its perfect ! I wore it all morning after a long night of moving boxes, it cooled me down and helped with some neck pain in addition. AMAZING !UPDATE: The owner of the company (Product) reached out to me via Amazon some time ago asking to contact him regarding the below. Life got busy and I reached out to him today and he really went out of his way to ensure that I received this product less any defect and I got an email indicating one is on the way. Thanks so much !I was so excited to receive this nano-ice cooling necklace as I was told by a friend who went through menopause it was helpful. I had high hopes for this, received it in timely fashion put it on to try it out without it being cold and thought , wow it already feels nice. So I placed for 24 hours in freezer, as suggested and took it out today, put it on, felt wonderful UNTIL, droplets started to come onto my clothes.Apparently one of the balls(spheres) is leaking. Will return it and hope for another.

I bought this product to wear in the operating room. I’m a scrub tech and I wear lead and a gown most days, and stand under hot lights. So I needed something to help cool me off.I gave them 4 stars because they are such large beads. I would love if they could make them a little smaller. But I understand they wouldn’t last as long if they were smaller.Either way I love the material they are wrapped in. It doesn’t sweat, it dries quickly, and it feels like a light bathing suit material. They cooled me off for about two hours before I had to put them back in the freezer.Overall great product and I will be buying more!!

I had bought this cooling necklace for my hot flashes, but it came in very handy during the 2021 heat wave in Seattle. The air conditioning on my car was broken and I drive a black car. I was wearing the necklace on my way to work and it cooled me down enough to make it there without overheating. It actually stays nice and cold for quite a while, and it also looks pretty cool. I LOVE this item. I bought one for my friend.

I hate to be hot! These really help me cool down whether it's the air temperature or hot flashes, they work really well. I have just started using it and am pleased with it's effectiveness.

I purchased the cooling necklace in November. Initially, it didn't stay cool for very long. The printed material that came with it said the necklace's ability to stay cool will increase over time -- i.e. the more you use it and re-freeze it, it will stay cold longer. So I kept using it and re-freezing it, but it still didn't stay cool for more than ~10 minutes. I think it is defective because only one or two of the balls actually has the cooling liquid in it. The others are empty. Unfortunately I realized this too late to return it. :-( THAT SAID, I bought this one as a back up. Someone gave me one she used and loved. That one works perfectly and I still have it and use it all the time. So, it's worth giving it a try.

I have 2 sets already this order makes 3. I'm a cashier and I share one with a co-worker who stocks. She loves it. Keep up the great product.

This cools great, but only in your own living room, because the cooling balls are so big, they just can't pass as a scarf or necklace.
