The instructions are very easy, even for this tech -illiterate person. The first camera stopped working about 24 hrs after set, contacted the retailer and they immediately sent out another camera. No issue with the new camera. I understand that some times items (tech items) just simply malfunction. What is important to me is how it is handled by customer service, and they were great. I am a very pleased customer and recommend this retailer and their product.

Quand je pense à tout le temps que j'ai perdu avec des caméras IP individuelles à paramétrer avec le FTP/email, qui fonctionnent une fois sur deux, j'aurais mieux fait de choisir ce système dès le départ. Oui c'est vrai qu'il est plus cher, mais quelle différence! Mise en marche et paramétrage instantanés, rien à faire à part insérer une micro carte SD. Moniteur de surveillance qui se met en veille et se rallume tout seul lorsqu'il y a une alerte, vue à distance sur mon cell en direct et aussi vidéos enregistrées.Rien à dire de plus, correspond 100% à mes besoins, je vais commander des cameras supplémentaires puisque le système en supporte 4.

I ordered the package with the screen and also an extra single camera, as we wanted to put one near our garage which we can't see from our house and one in front of the front door. Setting up was very easy and quick and the the viewing on the screen was of HD quality. We can also see both cameras at the same time which is great so we don't need to switch between screens. Night vision is also really good even whilst it was raining. Would recommend to other buyers

Das Set ist baugleich mit ELRO aber das Set hat eine Monitor Zoom Funktion, d.h. ich kann den Besucher heranzoomen und sehe genauer wer es ist.2.Die Kamera hat vorne eine sehr helle Kontroll LED. Das ist Unsinn, denn die ist bei Nacht sehr hell. Die Besucher fragen: was ist das? was hast du da? u.s.w ??? wenn Kontroll LED dann in der Kamerarückseite ein 3mm LED in grün und nicht in rot, denn rot signalisiert "AUS" Defekt" "außer Betrieb".3. Der fest eingegossene Monitorständer ist nicht von Vorteil, ein verstellbarer Ständer ist besser.4.Die Kamera Farbeinstellungen Hell Dunkel sind noch OK aber Einzeleinstellung von Farbe Kontrast u.s.w. wären besser.5.Die Nachtsicht ist auch OK- man sieht das einer kommt, aber nicht wer, ist aber ausreichend.6. Frage an die Firma: Punkt 1 ist eine nachträgliche Monitor zoom Funktion mit einer neuen Firmware möglich?PKVK

Unlike most systems sold, this does NOT need to access your WiFI and router. It's a direct transmitter/receiver. This reduces likelyhood of it being remotely hacked, and you are not restricted to using a smartphone or subscribing to some offshore server app. If you WANT to, you can remotely check it by using their App. We use it as a live monitor driving a HDMI monitor, and you can use an SSD or the micro SD for storage. We had an earlier version whose HDMI output failed. The current version has improved signal strength and a sharper image. Other similar products we had used for years relied on subscribed Cloud storage in godknowswhere, and you were constrained to straining on a smartphone. We finally threw them away. If you want to avoid the security issues this is the next best thing to a wired system.
