My go-to now
Didn't think cat litter was worth writing a review about but here I am. I am so glad I found this brand. I won't be buying anything else unless I can no longer find this. I don't know that a truly dustless litter exists and if it does you will more than likely be giving up something to get it such as odor control or clumping ability. I wanted to get away from clay for many reasons. I was tired of stepping on it, breathing the dust (for both me and the cat), limited odor control, bagging the waste, sticking to my cats feet, finding it in our bed, etc. My last round was with A&H lightweight litter - that stuff was AWFUL in every way possible! I hated it! I have yet to figure out how to eliminate tracking but it definitely isn't nearly the amount that was tracked with the clay products. And it's not painful to step on. I just keep a broom close. As for the clumping, I've had no problems You have to give it time to set up - you cannot immediately scoop which is not a big deal - I don't stand over the box and scoop after every use. I LOVE that I can dispose of it down my toilet and not in my trash. You do have to give it time to sit in the water to break up as it flushes. I usually put it in at night before I got bed and flush in the morning. Granted, it isn't pretty to look at the next morning and you will have to have a brush handy to keep the toilet clean but that's a two for one deal. My toilet stays clean and I have no bags or trash can full of excrement and clay sitting around. I use the Clorox disposable toilet wands. I can usually get several uses out of one. I just set it in my trash can in between rounds. I try to limit my carbon footprint as much as possible and I figure that one or two of those discs a week is a lot less than walmart bags of pee/poop going into the landfill. I find that the litter lasts much longer than others. I have one cat and use a large box about every 6 wks or so. I don't use the whole box at once and top it off as needed. The fresh woodsy smell remains the whole time. It may lessen in strength but it is never fully gone and I appreciate that. At least give it a try. I am so glad I did.

Working for us in combination with clay (edited)
(edited beneath this original)Our big boy is very enthusiastic about covering his poo. Consequenty, even with the so-called 99% dust free clays, dust flies and it covered everything in our laundry room. Thank God I put their litter boxes in there in the first place. It was a horrendous problem for clean up, and I worried about the dust getting into his lungs. I kiss him on his head and various spots on his beautiful coat and I could smell the clay on my fastidious beautiful boy. I worried about that getting into his GI tract. So I bought to entry litter boxes. Still, too much dust, and sadly, our cats were cooped with with it. What a dilemma! So I bought this litter. I was SO happy to not have ANY dust! But sadly, this tracks so much worse than the clay, and although it does clump, it doesn't clump all that well.So I decided to pair the two a little more than half and half in favor of the clay. This is almost a match made in heaven! It does still track outside the box, and I guess I'll have to live with that, but the dust is down to about 80% of what it was. It hardly leaves any dusting of of litter at all!Oh, I would suggest it does help to have an air purifier near by as well.EDIT: We had been using the "original" variety of OXO. As the level of litter went down in his box, our cat was stirring up a tornado of clay dust inside his box again. He was sneezing terribly. The next day I got rid of the clay altogether, and ordered this litter to use by itself. I used the "buy again" option to order, and two days later they sent the variety for sensitive paws, which stirs up as much dust as clay. Well great!!! I was distressed! I had just dumped both their litter boxes!! Now what!I opted for old fashion oatmeal to get me through till I could get more. There's dust even in the oatmeal! But neither cat would accept the fine pine. So I'm glad I had it.Finally the box of original came. I opened it and litter went all over the floor. I did not expect there to be litter sitting on the bottom two layers of the lid. It went everywhere! But never mind that. I got the litter in their boxes. Excited for him to see his old litter was back. But he wasn't as excited as I was. That's disappointing! But I waited for him to get used to it. And he did, and there is only the smallest amount of dust on the sides off the litter box. So I want to get more. The small box of the product isn't enough for two litter boxes. So I ordered the size large. It came. This time the box is mangled! It's not inside an Amazon box. Just by itself. Its obvious that when I open it, litter is going to scatter. Guys! This is really not acceptable! Surely you can do better!

READ THIS!
I was looking for clumping litter that was not clay due to the track marks and the fact it would stick to my cats' paws and bellies. The price of this litter is what hindered me but I bought a box anyway. Let me tell you, I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY OTHER LITTER! I'll tell you why, usually I'd be going through a box of, let's say, Tidy Cats or Arm & Hammer, every month. This litter lasts so much longer! The price is well worth it once you see how long one little bag lasts (obviously with regular cat litter box maintenance)This litter clumps very well.It doesn't track unless Kitters kick it out of the box intentionally. It smells great, natural, not perfume.Doesn't stick to my cats.Easier than clay litter to scoop! Seriously, it doesn't fall apart like some clay litters.Like I said, I will never go back to any other litter. I've used this for a few months now for our 3 cat household. The only somewhat negative point is the litter in our bathroom sometimes absorbs the moisture from showers BUT we remedied that by lining the box with news paper or our left over "Yesterday's News" litter. This was not a paid review. I legitimately love this litter. So do my cats. My boy cat who will only ever go to the bathroom outside even uses it, which, at 430am, has been a delight. Haha.

After owning cats since I was 5, 82 years ago, this is the best kittty litter ever!!!
I have no dislikes about this product. For the price I get litter that lasts longer and which controls odour so well my cleaning lady I just hired did not know I had a cat...she told me that this is the first time since she started cleaning that she could not tell immediately that there was a cat in the house because of smelly kitty litter. If there is a smell it is a pleasant one of very light sawdust. It clots wonderfully and poop is easy sifted out and can be flushed away.My cat is very fussy but she took to this litter very quickly. Wonder of wonders, there is no dust and it hardly tracks the floors unlike all the other litters I have used. And I can order it from Amazon where I am a Prime Member and it is is delivered to my door usually within a day. I have only one small problem...in the economical size I buy, it comes in a cardboard box with no handle or grip places on it, so my almost 90 year old hands find it a little heavy and awkward to move, but I manage though not as easily as I used to handle heavy weights. I know 15 pounds does not sound heavy but then you are not so ancient as I.I love this stuff and so does Stella old fur bag of an alley cat. It is the one thing besides her food, water and me that she is not grumpy anout.

The best cat litter
This cat litter is not cheap, but it is worth the money. The cat loves it, does everything neatly in the middle of her tray, covers it up properly - no more mess over the edges! - the litter stays fresh smelling, and is easy to clean up. Also you don't need to use very much of it. Very satisfied.

great product
We used this product in the US (though it was a bit less expensive), and we were thrilled to find it on Amazon UK as well. It never smells, clumps easily, and lasts far longer than regular litter.

4 cats approved!
Im really surprised by this product so far - I have 4 cats and 4 litters and just for fun I figured that if I leave one litter using clay only and all others 3 with a mix of this product and regular clay (I started at 33% wood, 67% clay , now I'm at 50/50 at the moment Im writing this)and to my surprise my cats barely used the pure clay one.on top of that the wood smell is really pleasant even for me when I clean up their litter, it also replace the clay odor with wood.there's nothing bad to say so far , it does clump well, its affordable , smells wonderful and does everything you can hope for . Im still at 50/50 with clay litter and if ever in the future my cats don't accept a litter filled with 100% wood I would still be very pleased with that product and the litter situation with that product!Order it now and try it for yourself , and start small so your cats gets used to it
