I had the family coming around for dinner before all going out to visit Santa. We wanted to have something warm and so I bought these pies. The packaging was sturdy and delivery right on time so the pies arrived in perfect condition. These pies are absolutely the best. The family had all picked which flavour they wanted but they were really enjoying tasting each others as if it was a tasting session in Masterchef!!. The pies more than lived up to expectations and everyone commented on the beautiful taste of the different fillings - and they were all very full; the pastry was gorgeous crispy and perfect. This will have set a precedent now for the family expectations when they call around for something to eat that is quick and easy but so tasty. Perfect in every way - will definitely be buying again and again.

They do seem a little expensive for the size. But now I've finished the first batch I'm immediately re-ordering them, as they are just so good!Advise making your own gravy to complement them and any veg you have with them, as they'd definitely be a little dry otherwise.On the plus side, this means more room for actual filling. You know; the stuff that's usually seriously lacking in cheaper pies?They have the convenience of keeping frozen until you need them, which means you probably won't stuff them all in a week or so. You can space them out and make them a real treat.But the fact that I only finished the last one last night and am already ordering another box probably says as much as you need to know.

Food tasty but very difficult to get out of silver trey. All fell apart.

Would have liked more gravy but the pastry is just right , not stodgy. I had variety choice which for me is ideal

Pies arrived beautifully packed and in pristine condition, looking mouthwatering. They did not disappoint. This was my first order but will certainly not be my last.
