Great Brand
I loved that I could put this in my morning shake. I add a banana or apple to mask the taste. The natural taste of powered magnesium is a lite baking soda. I use steel cut oatmeal, cinnamon, matcha green tea with a cup of blueberries. I drink it for breakfast.

Relatively neutral taste and relatively easy to take
This magnesium is easy enough to use. LOVE that it is marked Vegan. The directions just say to use a scoop of it and mix it with water. It doesn’t say how much water. It also says to use a high sided cup and boiling water to dissolve the powder. I used a small teacup and used warm water from a kettle that was heating up on my stove and just a splash of warm/hot water, mixed it with a spoon, and it all dissolved just fine – no need for boiling water.I didn’t feel I needed a high sided cup either as it did foam and fizzle a little but barely made a true froth on the water – it didn’t grow or expand or anything… not sure why I would need a high sided cup then. I guess for some better to be safe than sorry. I filled the rest of the tea cup with cool water and drank it down. The taste truly is relatively neutral. Although there was the ever so slightest aftertaste for me – it was slightly sweet, slightly salty, and slightly tart. Not sure if my tastebuds were playing a trick as they grappled for true flavor? Again – it was pretty neutral. The directions also say that it can have a laxative effect on some people. I had no such effect – even slightly – but I also take magnesium on a regular basis – usually twice a day anyway (but usually in pill form). Many say taking magnesium in drink form is much better for you as you absorb more of it and your body does so more easily as well.If you found my review helpful, why not click the “helpful” button. Easy Mixer
If you're looking for a quick and easy, down and dirty way to get some extra Magnesium into your diet for whatever health reason you have, then Magnesium Supreme could be for you. It dissolves easily and quickly in water and doesn't have much of a flavor. Drink it like medicine. I don't find that it helps me sleep more soundly, but it is relaxing and is good for other health issues. This is an alternative to pills or capsules if you don't mind a little extra work.~ Kort

Horrible Taste
I'm not sure what I expected here, but looking at the ingredients, all I taste is the citric acid and salt. It's like drinking pure vinegar. I kept trying to put up with the taste, but I couldn't. It's sour beyond reason. I tried with warm water, cold water, in iced tea--just horrible.

I don’t like the powder format!
Too much of a hassle for a busy person. Directions state to mix with hot water, but don’t use microwave! Then stir, then add cool water. Please. I don’t have time to eat breakfast half the week. I realized I really, really prefer pill-form supplements.

Love the apple cinnamon
I've tried both flavors, and love the apple cinnamon.The unflavored is fine too, but it's not really unflavored. First, it's carbonate, so it's a bit fizzy. Also, with the malic acid and citric acid it's very tart without the citrus. It mixes fine with other things just fine, however, I don't really like carbonate in my smoothies, I don't care for the fizzy texture with smoothies. But I like it mixed with electrolyte drink mixes. It is more versatile than the apple cinnamon.For the apple cinnamon, I do NOT advise using the recipe on the bottle. I suspect they want it to taste like a hot apple cider, and maybe the magnesium absorbs better when warm? I don't know but it doesn't taste like cider, it tastes watery.But there are so many ways to make this great. It works fine in a smoothie - for me, the flavor kindof covers up the fizzy texture. If you like the idea of hot apple cider, then I would simply make a hot apple cider and mix in this 50/50 - it's wonderful. Or add this to an apple tea or a cinnamon tea. You could even bake with this, or sprinkle it on top of a cinnamon roll or cake, lots of great ways to use it.In terms of magnesium, one study suggests that most people are low in magnesium and don't know it (close to 80% of the population).I also like their natural approach, no artificial sweeteners or colors.
